Firming the "girls"? ?!


Question: Firming the "girls"!? !?
When i was a teenager i was a hard core gymnast and use to be rock hard!. Once i retired, and at about age 23, i began to gain alot of weight!. Now i'm overweight but ready to start working out and try to shed the pounds!. I'm going to just concentrate on cardio first!.

My boobs have always been big (at least for a gymnast size) but very firm!. Now that i've gained alot of weight they're not firm at all!.

What are some exercises i can do to make them firm again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

tone with light bench pressing and other chest exercises ie!. wide armed push ups
very light weights because you only want to tone (firm) the areaWww@Answer-Health@Com

try doing some upper body exercises also maybe running every day i find that i keep mine firm by running every day cause it burns off the extra fat even just walking!. do a couple sit ups every day too or crunches hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
