Future eating disorder?!

Question: Future eating disorder!?
I am an eighteen year old girl, who has been dealing with "excess baggage" her whole life!. I had always been "fatter" since i was a newborn and had stayed overweight until my freshman year of high school!. I had weighed 167 pounds at 5'4 and through continuous exercise and watching what was put into my mouth, I now weight 123 at 5'5, the lowest I have been ever in my life!. Over the past year, I have started to exercise more vigorously and cut down my portions to cereal, an apple, and oatmeal the whole day!. Occasionally I do have a slice of pizza, or some fast food, but after eating I realize what I just put into my mouth I break out into tears and go exercise!.I struggle each day to stay under 125 pounds and constantly cry about it if I am over by even the slightest pound!. I am so frustrated with myself trying to be a size 0 or 3 and sometimes just want to eat a real meal!. I am not trying to get any attention from people reading this, I feel like I do have a problem with myself, I want to be happy with the body I have worked so hard for!. All I am asking is, can what I am doing gradually turn into a eating disorder!? If so, could anyone list some places or things I could do to deal with it!.
Thank you so much in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I think that it could definitely develop into an eating disorder!.

It's great to exercise and eat healthy, but don't go overboard!. It's perfectly fine to have pizza or fast food every once in a while!. Just eat in moderation and exercise regularly!. You will actually get fatter by starving yourself, because your body starts storing extra fat!. The best way to lose weight is to eat small meals every few hours throughout the day!.

Also, I know it sounds very cheesy, but you're beautiful no matter what size you are! It's what's on the inside that really counts!. Don't worry yourself sick about your body, it's not worth it!.

Good luck, and feel free to email me if you have any other questions or just want to talk! =]

Dont worry about what you eat!. just stay away from fast foods and try to eat large portions of healthy food!. Breakfast is most important meal of the day, so be sure not to cut that down, that may make you gain weight!

Dont be self conscious about your weight, just be who you are and dont worry about what any people think!. You already lost plenty of weight and sound to be a nice size!. Personally I dont like women who are size 3!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It absolutely can accelerate into an eating disorder!. Eating disorders tend to mask an inner problem, or multiple problems!. Problems at school!? Home!? Talk things through with someone you trust!. If it gets worse, look into counseling!. Stop this before it goes too far -- eating disorders are very dangerous, and shouldn't be taken lightly!.

Good luck!.
