I ate too much this weekend.?!
Question: I ate too much this weekend!.!?
Grrr!. This weekend, I ate too many carbs!. I had taco bell on Friday, Cheese, Bread and wine on Saturday, and today I had pizza!. Honestly, i feel like my arms grew, my stomach inflated, and my leg get jigglier!. Is this possible or is it my imagination!. Sorry, but this is a serious question please dont make fun of me!.! What should I do tomorrow, detox!? I'm definately hitting the gym tonight and going to gym twice tomorrow (my normal weekday routine, i got 2x a day Monday-Friday)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about it!. Eating a sudden plethora of food can make you look a little plumper yeah, but it usually won't stay if you exercise to make up for it!. Hit up the gym like you're doing and run a mile or two if you really feel like you gained some weight!. :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
