I have an eating disorder?!


Question: I have an eating disorder!?
well maybe its not considered one!.
The whole point is i have attempted to loose weight soooo many times, and when i'm just loosing weight i quit and start eating out of control!.

Last time i decided to loose weight was when i realized i was at 148 pounds!. I starting running atleast a mile a day, walking my dog daily, and eating only healthy foods (avoiding all greasy foods)!.!.etc!. In just 6 weeks i was at 137!. I dont know what happend but i stopped my diet and starting eating like i used to!. I cant control it!. Just today ive eaten so much junk food that i feel like puking!. =(

How can I maintain a diet, and reach my ideal weight!?

I live with my family, since i am a student and worker!. But my family doesnt seem to care about how important this is to me because they always buy junk food, and cook very unhealthy (i guess thats not such a good excuse for me either)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm thats a tough situation, living with parents who cook unhealthy doesnt help you at all!. But since you are used to eating unhealthy fast food and such, you cant expect yourself to all of a sudden eat only healthy foods! Dont worry though, you can still eat some of your favorite foods, but you just have to add a healthy twist to it (using more veggies, whole wheat pasta, and light dressings)!. You also need a structured way to lose this weight too!. I suggest using http://www!.sparkpeople!.com as you can input your goal weight, and when you want to lose it by, and the program will give you a daily caloric range that you should follow using their nutrition log!. I love it because you can actually see your progress everyday and it will tell you if you had a balanced day (enough fruits, veggies, calcium etc)!. Start exercising to get the other great benefit from this site - a goal for burning calories a week! Its great to have goals, and I found it useful to join groups where others helped me along the way with motivation and could listen to their weight loss story!. Anyways, its a great site and they have a recipes page too where you can print off recipes or use certain ones for one of your meals in the log!. I promise you will lose weight and keep it off because you are constantly monitoring your progress and you wont lapse as easy using it either! Www@Answer-Health@Com

you simply are dieting the wrong way - you probably are either not eating enough or are limiting yourself only to a few safe foods!. that is why eventually you fail and then eat the house so to speak!.

it's better to eat more, from a wide variety, for a long period of time (or forever) than it is to do what you do because yoyo dieting has been proven to actually make people FATTER - each time you diet, then binge then do the cycle over and over again, you weigh more just about each time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to make it a rule for yourself that when you reach your desired weight you will not go back and start eating crap and sitting around!. Do not rest on your laurels!. Weight maintenance takes work!. It doesn't happen by magic!. Just get a grip on this and promise yourself - be serious about it too - that you won't go back to your old ways!.
