Question: Need to lose weight!. Need advice!.!?
I desperately need advice!. I am an overweight teen who wants to lose weight, but can't stay away from sweets!. What can I do to beat those sweet cravings and what is the best way for me to lose weight!. Please respond!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Proper exercise and nutrition will help you cut out those sweet cravings!. This is because you're giving your body what it needs, so it won't start asking you for extra stuff like sugar!. If you do get sweet cravings, do it smartly!. Make yourself a protein smoothie with frozen fruit, or drizzle a banana with chocolate syrup, for example!.

When losing weight, you should follow the dual course: exercise and

As far as i am concerned you just have to lear to discipline your self here!. Hanging pics of fit models on the walls of your bedroom can help you so that you have a goal and anytime you want to eat those sweets you look at them and think say to yourself that they didn't become the way they are by eating sweets!. Not only sweets but all junk food as well including carbs, sodas etc!. Switch to eating fruits and veggies with lots of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's some weight loss tip's:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week!.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt!.

- Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day!. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories!.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg!. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect!. Do your research)!.

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism)!.

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed!.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D)!.

- Drink 12 oz!. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning!. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing!.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories!. Try to have around 1200 a day!.

As for sweets, that's my downfall too, and they will certainly sabotage a diet! Several times a year, when I find that my sweet tooth is out of control, I just give them up "cold turkey" for a month or two!. I always have an end goal in mind!. So for example, my birthday is in November!. In another week or two, I'll probably ban sweets (and/or diet soda) from my life until my birthday!. You might want to try that!. Just go a month without them!. I promise that after the first three days, it's no big deal!. The weight really does fall off easier without sweets and diet soda to contend with!. to prevent cravings, there are two ways:

1!. the reason you crave in the first place, is because something is missing in your diet!. so do eat carbs, protein in moderation along with and vegetables!.

2!. My dietician swears by Glutamine powder for reducing cravings and also improving nutrient absorption!. if you crave, have a tablespoon of peanuts and drink water!. it wards off cravings!.

here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.have a protein shake if you like too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
