Question: Bad Posture, Please Help!!?
Well I'm 14, and I've developed some pretty bad posture, my neck/ head seems to go forward while my back/ shoulders tend to go back!. How can i correct this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start weightlifting, when you strengthen your back muscles your posture will improve!. Don't listen to myths about weightlifting stunting your growth, there's no scientific evidence to back that up!.

All scientific evidence shows against it, and recent research even shows that by increasing human growth hormone (HGH), weightlifting is beneficial to growth!.

Edit: Buy yourself a pair of dumbbells, free weights are much more effective at working out your muscles than machines!. Dumbbells give you a far greater, more natural range of motion, and allow you to use far greater loads of weight!. You should definitely be doing deadlifts in a good back workout!. Make sure your reps are low and the weight is heavy!.

Edit: Deadlifts are perhaps the best exercise for your back muscle!. They incorporate lots of muscles in the body, therefore allowing you to use very high loads of weight!. Here are websites on how to do them properly with both barbells and dumbbells:
