When can i expect to see changes?!

Question: When can i expect to see changes!?
I'm a 20 year old female, 123!.2lbs and 54cm tall!.
I use to weigh 107!.8lbs and I'm really trying to get back to my old weight!.
I do 60 mins of cardio 4 times a week and go to the gym working with weights and toning 2 times a week and have 1 day off!.
I have given up all soda drinks, and only have alcohol 1-2 times a week and have been having a balance breakfast, healthy lunch and a light dinner, with fruit and nuts as snacks!.
I always do these diets and get discouraged coz i don't see results but i know i never give it enough time, so can someone please tell me when i will see some!.
ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I assume you mean 154cm tall!? I hope you're not 54cm tall cause otherwise you are WAY overweight!. Sorry, couldn't resist!.

Do you have someone at the gym guiding you on what you should be doing!? It sounds to me like you are building muscle and if this is the case you won't be losing weight!. The best weightloss exercise is simply walking (and lots of it)!. Not running, not jogging, just walking at a medium to fast pace!.

I had tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked until i dropped all the 'hard' exercise i was doing!. I very quickly (well, over 4 months or so) lost 22kg's (about 48lbs)!.

Try it and good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found this amazing machine and though it looks like a joke it DOES work! In just minutes a day you can start seeing results within a week, AND it gives your lower body more of a workout in a few minutes than spending a few hours at the gym! It's called "Leg Magic!." Give up that gym membership and give this a try! I have the site below, check it out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are doing a great job!.Just don't give it up!.I promiss you will surely see the result after 3 weeks!. I'm almost doing the same and of course without a day off!.

Just don't stop dear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be eating healthy foods, but how much!? You cant eat more calories than your burning!. Your exercise routine is perfect, you just have to be strict with counting your caloric intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
