Minor using weight loss pills?!


Question: Minor using weight loss pills!?
She's 16, but her weight keeps piling up and her cravings keep getting larger!. Exercise hasn't done much for her!. Would it be a bad idea for her to try some CortiSlim or Lipozene!?

Don't believe all the hype these marketing giants throw at you saying that their pill is the next best thing!. They want you to believe that you can pop a pill in your mouth while you sit on the couch eating cupcakes and you're still gonna lose weight!. Ain't gonna happen!

They only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn!. All the exercise in the world isn't going to help unless you have the right diet!. So, until you get the diet part handled, don't waste your money!.

When I say diet, I don't mean you have to starve yourself, it is possible to lose weight with the proper combination of foods and a couple of things thrown in there to satisfy your sweet tooth!.

Have her start eating 5 smaller meals a day as opposed to the traditional 3!. And whatever you do, make sure she isn't only eating 1 meal a day, that is the worst thing you can do and it will slow her metabolism down even more!. When you eat 5 smaller meals spread out through the day it will raise her metabolism and will burn more body fat!.

Try to eat as clean as possible, staying away from anything that has sugar in it; sodas, candy bars, etc!. Sugar is the number 1 reason why people get fat!. And make sure she doesn't eat any carbs after 5 PM!. And have her drink lots of water, it will help with cravings and help flush all the toxins out of her body!.

YES!! she needs to be put on a healthy diet!.!.!. that doesnt mean starve her that means calculate her daily caloric needs (the amount of calories she needs each day to maintain the weight she is at) and cut 500 off of that number!.!.!. thats how many calories she should be eating each day! you can find plenty of calorie counting book that tell you the amount of calories in anything at the book store! Oh and exercise will do something if you push her to work hard and you motivate her to want to do it! she needs to stay active and not spend time on the computer or watching tv!.!.!. go jogging with her when you get off work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
