Question: Is it okay to only do the elliptical!?
I go to the gym each morning and do 45-60 minutes on the elliptical!. I'm not trying to lose weight or "tone," just get the blood pumping for a more productive day of classes and meetings (I'm a college student)!.

I think its a great thing - i stick to the treadmill myself!.

The ellipical is the least effective of all cardio machines due to the fact that it relies a great deal on momentum rather than muscular contraction to move the machine!.!.!.but if you are just trying to get moving than that may be acceptable to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
