I would just cut up a lot of fruits!. All skin peeled and cut into pieces!.!. Watermelon, Canteloupe, Honeydew, Mangos, Apples, Asian Pears, White Nectarine, Pineapple!.!.!.maybe Oranges too!.

They're all really sweet, cold and delicious once cut up into pieces and put into the fridge!. They can be snacked on!.!.!. and are very healthy for you!

I'd also suggest a salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Carrots, Ham, Hard Boil Eggs) all cut into pieces and served with Thousand Island dressing!. That's good too!.

I think a bag of chips or pretzel is okay to eat, as long as you eat one or keep track of the calories!. Special K bars are good too and low in calories!.


You know what asian people like!? We like to cut up Mangos!.!. the crispy mangos!.!. or Pineapple!.!. and smash some salt with crushed chili peppers (and barely a little bit of sugar)!.!. and dip it like that and eat it!.

here are the ingredients:

2 tblsps of raw cashewnuts
2 tblspns of raw almonds
2 or 3 tblspns of raisins
1 or 2 tsp of brown sugar

method: just dump all the ingredients into a big jar with a good tight lid and shake it well!dump the jar into the fridge!.Starting tommorow,take 1 tblspn in the morning and another in the evening but drink a glass of water after that!. You have just made a wonderful mineral rich snack for yourself for the next 3 days!Good luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, fruit is a great snack, but it has a lot of sugar so don't go crazy!. But if you want to snack healthy make sure there's healthy stuff that's easy to reach, something like whole grain crackers with peanut butter and a banana is something you can just grab out of the fridge without too much prep!.
You can also buy plain yogurt and mix it with jam, no matter how much you put in, there will be less sugar than in commercial yogurt or ice cream!.

I'm currently trying to drop some pounds, and my favorite snack is bananas, sliced up into vanilla yogurt!. Sometimes I add strawberries too if the mood strikes!. :)
