Question: Overweight 12 year old !?

I have asked questions urlier about my weight !.!. I weigh 10 + stones and im 5,5 ,,, iv been told im overweight so if decided to go on a diet!.Can any one help me a little and tell me any useful tips of what to do!. thanks !Www@Answer-Health@Com
