Question: ABSWER ME please ! !? !.!.!. water weight!? easy 10 points!?
so I do a lot of ab work outs along with yoga
and I know that I am not fat, but the size of my waist can vary two inches in a day- is this normal!? I am a female, 5 foot 3 1/2 inches, 112 pounds, I run 3 miles a day and do abdominal work outs / yoga for 40 minuets !. My waist can be 23 - 24 inches when I wake up after work outs but it is then 25 - 26 by the end of the day - is this normal!? or is it some weird sort of weight gain!?

it may be that at the end of the day your ab muscles are more toned after exercising!.
with abdo workouts, its best to develop on inner core stuff like sit ups on a fitball as this tones inner muscles!. sit ups on floor and other equiptment is more likely to make this muscles 'grow' and hence make the waist wider!.

I know what you mean!. I think it is just from eating throughout the day and not burning every single thing you eat by the end, which is normal!. When you wake up, your waist will definitley be smaller!. You burn 70 calories per hour you sleep, so if you get 10 hrs, you burn 700 calories!. That sounds like and inch or two to me!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
