Packing Low calorie lunches?!


Question: Packing Low calorie lunches!?
I would like to know how i can pack my lunch so it is healthy, cheap, under low calories, and filling!. any ideas!? i always choose best answer

Answers:
1)Pack a little container of salad dressing and eat with raw veggies such as carrot and celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower pieces, etc!.
2)Instead of a cookie or other sweet item, pack a mixture of dried fruit, nuts, and coconut!.
3)Add a few cubes of cheese of even string cheese for extra calcium!.
4)Pack apples and pears that have been cored and sectioned to make eating easier!.
5)Make extra salad at dinner and pack a small portion to eat with half a sandwich!.
6)Take a small container of 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter to smear on an apple or pear!.
7)Take a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese and eat with veggies or whole-wheat crackers!.
8)Make a sandwich with whole wheat tortilla instead of bread!. Fill it with veggies and some lean turkey!.
9)Hot soup in a thermos!.
10)Hard-boiled eggs
11)Yogurt with a little fruit and some granola or Kashi on top!.

If you like tuna it is always a high protein fairly cheap lunch, don't forget whole wheat bread, it may be pricey but it will be the best for you and most filling!. You can also try chicken in the can or pouch reasonably priced or the already cooked lean flash frozen breasts, cooked the night before, they make a great sandwich and throw in some veggies!. I buy the big bags of frozen veggies and cook them before hand to add!.

I also like peanut butter and honey on whole wheat, it will give you energy to spare and the calories are only energy, if you burn them there is no need to worry about them!.
