listen if u wanna gain weight do follow these steps!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

1> eat lots of bananas min 6-12!.!.everyday
2> drink milk regularly apprx 1/2 to 1 ltr of milk
3>eat protein content food sprouts(chanas),soyabeans,pulses

dont go for artificial protein sources
like Endura mass and other rubbish products

4>drink lots of water and also do exercise a bit u'll gain weight and also make urself healthy


Try out almonds and cashewnuts daily with one glass of milk (xtra from mentioned above)!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and also remem make almonds wet by putting in a bowl and grind dem and mix the almond paste in milk !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.also try peanuts!.!.!.!.!.

definitely u'll gain weight


and listen 1 thing apart from dis do start from initial i!.e do 5-10 pushups daily den graduallly increase and increase ur diet as told above and u'll feel energetic

also do pull-ups and other shoulder exercise if u r interested in more den jus ping me

If you are "so" skinny, then first you need to gain some weight;

Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories!. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish!.

Increase the caloric value of your meals!. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on!.

Avoid skipping meals!. Knowing how to gain weight involves consistent eating!. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks!.

Increase your normal portion size!. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal!.

Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice!. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans!.

Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories!.

Add weight lifting to your exercise program!. It helps build muscle mass!.

I can't do proper push-ups either, so I actually started doing them against the wall!. Stand about an arms-length away from the wall, and do push-ups the same way they are done on the floor!. You can then build up to regular push ups by using a chair, then on your knees on the floor, and finally regular push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U can do modified pushups
Its better to ask ur trainer how to do it but i will tell u
i will tell u how:Place your hands on the floor as u do normal pushups
than place ur knees also on the floor in doggy position!.
And u can do modified pushups!.

You can start by doing "girl push ups" with your knees on the floor 4 help then work your way up 2 regular push ups!. Lots of protein will help, go 2 GNC & get some powder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
