Answers:
Just buy 2 dumbbell bars and about 30 to 40lb of weights!.You'll easily be able to work your whole body with these!.Don't but into gimmicks on tv pretty much all of them are scams!.You could even just do a body weight workout which is just as effective as weights!.Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depends what your purpose/objective is!. If you want light weights for toning (muscle retention and a little fat loss) then you don't need machines!. Ankle weights, light hand weights (probably a dumbbell set up to 10 or 15 pounds each, adjustable) will do!.

If you are seriously training, for muscle growth, strength and overall improved health you might want a bench with a barbell set like this!.!.!.

If you are not trying to be the next women's heavy lifting gold medalist this bench will give you good versatility (flat bench, inclined, barbell options, dumbbell with bench and leg extensions and leg curls!.) I wished I had had this when I first started lifting (age 13 or so)!. I had a flat bench only!.

For weight sets you might choose something like this barbell set!.

It is a bit pricey but if you hunt around you could easily find a set up (bar and weights with collars) from a garage sale or online site (ebay) for half that cost or less!.

Also a good set of weight adjustable dumbbells such as these from ebay

You can totally find cheaper and you don't need 40lb set!. A 15lb set would do just fine!.

So variable bench + dumbbell set (15-20lbs) + barbell (50-80lbs)!. If you are a serious bodybuilder or plan to be (committed) then you might up that weight range of the above!.

The bench, barbell and dumbbell sets will give you great versatility for full body workout and also allow you focus on tough areas or areas you want to work for a specific sport!. I think if you are a wise consumer and a shrewd negotiator you could probably get all this for less than $100 (used)!.

Good luck, and learn to enjoy your workouts!Www@Answer-Health@Com
