Question: What to eat tomorrow!? i want to eat healthy!.!?
i'm wondering!.!.!. okay i still want to have cheerios everyday!. sshould i have yogurt with wheat bread in the morning than cheerios with a banana for lunch!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you want to eat healthy number one thing is eating enough!. Everyone thinks if you go on a diet you should cut down on how much you eat, which isn't always necessarily true!. You just need to substitute what you eat with healthy alternatives!! Cheerios with a banana for lunch does not sound like enough food for lunch time, same with your breakfast idea of yogurt with wheat bread!. Breakfast should be one of your largest meals of the day, full of nutrients & energy so you can go on with your day, & burn those calories!. Realistically you could eat everything you mentioned for breakfast!. Try a bowl of cereal, slice up some banana's & put them in the cereal!. Then have yogurt & a slice of wheat bread, with some 100% juice or milk!.
For lunch I would go with a sandwich also on wheat with whatever meat you like on top, cut the mayonnaise because it's not necessary & those are just unhealthy calories! With baked chips, or even crackers!. If that doesn't sound good get yourself a good healthy salad, with crutons, vegetables & be light on the dressing!.
Then dinner should be your smallest meal of the day because that's when you start to wind down & those calories will just sit & turn into fat if you don't do much after dinner (which most American's don't!!)!.

You don't need to eat less, like I said just find healthy alternatives to your meal plans!! It will give you more energy & you will feel better throughout the day!!

Breakfast - A couple of poached eggs and a wheat toast without butter!. Add in a fruit (an apple, orange, banana, a bowl of blueberries, etc), and orange juice!. Leave bacon out!.

Lunch - A ham, lettuce and tomato sandwich, with another fruit and water!.

Dinner - Roasted chicken, wheat bread, and plenty of vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc), water

There is a large variety of fruit and vegetables in the markets and supermarkets today!. Apart from serving them as an accompaniment to the main meal, they can be dishes in their own right!.

Fruit and vegetables not only taste delicious, it add wonderful colour, flavour and texture to meals and snacks!.

Yogurt in the morning is a good choice, then maybe have a handful of almonds or walnuts with an apple for a snack!. A turkey sandwich with multi-grain bread (no mayo) is a great choice for lunch!.

you can try cherrios with slices of bananas in the morning and for lunch a healthy sandwich:
wheat bread
shredded ham or turkey
lettuce
tomato

with those k20 drinks or water or skim milk!.
you can also grab a small apple or pear!.
or yogurt!.
