Is my diet cuasing me to get dizzy?!


Question: Is my diet cuasing me to get dizzy!?
im on a 1200 calorie diet!.
im 17 years old!.
i Weight 230 pounds!.
im 5'6!.

ive been getting light headed!. is it because of my diet!?
its only been two days!? can i see an effect that fast!?

Kiddo, at 17 you need more than 1200 calories per day!. You need 1800!. As well, you need to make sure you are drinking 6 glasses of water per day!.

It could be you are suffering from low iron or low blood sugars!. So get those calories up and eat 5 to 6 smaller meals per day!. It will help your energy, blood sugars and metabolism!.

Have you talked to a Nutritionist!? If not, have your doctor refer you to one!. You can still lose weight without starving yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 lbs in 2 days!? What aren't you eating!? You have to eat!
You are doing this wrong!. Try this, cut all carbs and sugars and eat all protein for a couple of weeks to jump start your system properly!. That means, eat eggs, beef, chicken, fish even tuna, pepperoni, cheeses!. Have a cheese omelet a couple times a day and chicken or a hamburger patty or steak for dinner with a salad and a piece of fruit for desert!. Drink lots of water and take a good Multivitamin, B-complex and Chromium Picolinate to help curb cravings and alter the way you process any sugars!.
Doing this will set you off to a very good start and actually you can stick to this for ever!.
And by the way, whatever you do eat or put into your mouth chew it very slowly!. Allow yourself to love and enjoy your food, it's not your enemy so savor every flavor of every bite for as long as you can!. That alone will loose weight for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Its the extreme change in your calorie intake!. I remember trying to eat just a sandwich, chips, and a drink each day and thats it!. One meal!. Eating that would throw my levels off and occasionally make me very dizzy, but even worse, exhausted!. You need to adjust your body to a diet!. Slowly bring down your calorie intake each week!.

It's like smoking a box of cigs a week for 15 years and then suddenly stopping one day!. Thats a drastic change for the body to cope with!.
