Question: Do you need some kind of degree to set up a gym!?
Yesterday i was talking to two of my buds about setting up a gym in florida but he dont know much about it!.Can anyone help me out here!.I am 19 i dont know the procedures for setting up a gym,how much will it take etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need a degree to open any business in the U!.S!.A!. unless it is medical or legal (law) related, though a business degree wouldn't hurt!. What you need is cash! or a backer with cash! Basically if you have great credit you will start by getting your figures together, how much the location will cost, how much the equipment will cost, figure the operating cost including wages and overhead, utilities etc, once that is done you should compile a business plan ( basically this is the cost of the venture along with it goals, marketing ideas and projected income and expenses) once you have a business plan you will submit it to banks and private individuals in the hopes of getting them interested enough to back your proposal!.!. Jared this is a quick condensed run down of what you would like to do there are Other factors like Business license , etc but the main obstacle is the business plan and financing!.!.!.
