Answers:
A stationery bike is good!. If you can only use one leg, it can still work if you have straps on the pedals because it will keep the one foot on when you are going up with that pedal!. To make it more aerobic, you could do some light weight work at the same time!.

You could also do things like lying side leg lifts, calf raises, etc with the one leg (with the good toes), possibly while lifting a weight with your arm, too!. The more limbs you can add, the more aerobic it will be!.

I remember Covert Bailey saying years ago that if you have a broken leg and you work just the other leg, it will still help keep the broken leg fit!. I can't remember how, but it does something in that leg, even though you aren't using it!.

You could step up and down on a step with just your one leg, but it might hurt the base foot when you are standing on it!. I've never had a broken toe, so it's hard to know what might cause you pain!.

Even just sitting and doing some upper body exercises with weights can be somewhat cardio-ish!. If you need it to be more aerobic, try to find any way to move your legs a bit, too!. Actually, the lying side leg lifts could probably be done with both legs!. Maybe your toe wouldn't hurt doing that!. And semi-reclined leg extensions (sitting back on your elbows, knees up, straightening each leg for a while)!.

Sorry for going on so long about this!. I have thought about this before, since I sometimes get one sore knee from working out!.

Go to a gym and get on a bike!. You should be able to handle that!. If not use the machines for your legs and arms!. You wont get really fat by the time your toe heals up!. Just eat correctly and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
