Answers:
Sometimes cravings signal things that your body needs (like vitamin C or liquid or some other nutrient in orange juice (like potassium)) and sometimes it's just your brain chemistry making you crave things!. It's not always what your body needs!. Like, if you crave potato chips, you probably aren't deficient in sodium - you just crave what they do in your brain (endorphins, etc) and how they make you feel (short-term)!.

If you've been avoiding sugar, you might be craving the sugar in orange juice!. You can also crave the sugar just because you are tired and/or your blood sugar is low!. Then again, you really might need the vitamin C, especially if you've been under a lot of stress!.

When I'm overly thirsty, I crave every fruit and fruit juice and frozen juice pop in the grocery store!. Just having water usually fixes it, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They say that when you crave certain things, it's because your body is lacking it!. Drinking orange juice daily may stop the cravings, so buy pure oj, not from concentrate!. Your body is lacking citrus & Vitamin C!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

:P Sometimes you just crave things!. There's not a simple explanation to why people crave things besides they are addicted an may not know it!.

:) I myself crave orange juice!. >!.> And I'm not pregnant!.
