Trying to drop 3 pounds...please help!?!


Question: Trying to drop 3 pounds!.!.!.please help!!?
Hi everybody!. I have been training for a year now and have spent many hours in the gym on my body!. For some reason, however, I'm having trouble with my last couple pounds!. I'm 20 years old and I have my weight goal to be on my 21st birthday which is Oct!. 29!. Is it possible to lose these three pounds by then!? Any suggestions!? I usually do 50 minutes on the treadmill 5-6 days a week and 3-4 days a week I do weight lifting!. I'm not sure how many calories I should be consuming!. I roughly eat around 1500!. Any advice/suggestions would make me very happy!. Thanks!

You can loose the last few pounds, you have plenty of time!. Just change your workout routine!. Do you run on the treadmill!? Try sprinting for 30-45 seconds, then slowing down, go uphill, walk and run!. Have you ever taken a spinning class!? This is the best cardio!. You could literally burn 600-800 calories in that room depending on how hard you push yourself!. Also try to skip desserts and junk food as much as you can!. You already are on the right track!.
