Question: What foods help you to lose weight!?
i want to lose some weight in my thighs and tummy!.!.!.and i want to kno what foods can help me do that!.!.!.

Well, it's not really food, but you could try eating a little more nothing!. That's always worked for me!.

If you need something tangible to actually eat which _will_ make you lose weight, try a dodgy prawn curry or badly cooked chicken!.
Last time I had either of those I lost nearly a stone in two weeks!.
Not a particularly healthy way of doing it, mind you!.

I'd go with the first option, at least that way you're in control of how much weight you lose or don't!.
