Question: I suddenly stop losing weight, what can I do to keep losing the weight!?
I'm 30 5'4" 150 pounds I've has already lost 30+ pounds in the past 6 months I suddenly stop losing weight!. I had changed the way I eat I have oatmeal for breakfast and either fish or chicken for lunch/dinner with salad and vegetables!. I also speed walk 3!.5miles p/hr on treadmill!. What can I do to keep losing the weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you eating enough!? If you arent eating enough then that can stop you losing weight!.!. You should be eating between 1200-1500 calories a day!.!.
You may also want to increase your exercise intensity i!.e!. try a bit of jogging and also adding light weights on mon, wed, fri, as the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn!.!. You could also try adding incline on your treadmill!.!. The key is to switch things up a bit so your body doesnt get used to the same routine!.!. switch it up every 4 weeks or so!.!.
You may also want to look at calorie cycling, i have heard this can be affective to help break your plateau!! Goodluck!!
