I read somewhere the other day, that if it's above the shoulder sick (runny nose, sore throat, headache etc) its fine, but if its below the shoulders (coughing, sore muscles, tired, dizzy etc) then it's NOT okay, and you should rest!. If you do exercise while sick (in the below shoulders category), it's not going to make it worse, you'll just take longer to recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any type of exercise is a stress on the body!.!.!.not that that's not good thing!.!.it is to a point, but if you sick with a cold, that too stresses the body!.!.!.you won't help yourself at all adding to the stress!.!.!.wait till you feel better!.!.take care of the inside of you before you continue with the outside!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have no fever and your only symptoms are a sore throat or a runny nose, some easy jogging is okay!. Don't push yourself!. Also, don't do your running at the gym!. It's rude to go to a gym if you have a cold!.

If you have a fever, a cough, or muscle aches, stay home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe pushups or walking up and downstairs for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
