How do I ensure my weight loss does not plateau?!


Question: How do I ensure my weight loss does not plateau!?
I already eat 6 small meals, and do aerobic exercise daily for about an hr!.
My meals consist of whole grains, lean meat, fruit and veggies!.
I am 5' 5'' and 128!. Are there any specific strength training exercises I can do without getting butch!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to try switching up the type of aerobics and weight training you're doing!. This will sort of shock your body into further weight loss, because the body does get used to workouts if they become the same routine!.
