Question: I need to lose weight!!!! !?
Ok so my *important person here* is coming into town and I want to look GOOD!. I've put on a lot of weight and have been trying to take it off in every way possible!. Atkins, south beach, weight watchers, so far the only thing that works is anorexia!. I dont want to be anorexic but it seems like its the only thing that helps me get rid of weight even if its only like 3 pounds in a week!. I'd love to exercise but I'm afraid to be in public so I don't go to the gyms or even go to the swimming pool in my apartment complex anymore!. I really want to lose 40 pounds by July of next year and I'd be ecstatic if I lost 20 by this November!. I can do almost any exercise that doesn't require weights and such (my parents wont buy them) or going outside (cept riding my bike) I'll follow any food plan diligently I just need a plan on how to do it!. Please only give detailed answers I KNOW exercising and eating properly is the way to go!. I seriously just want to be a size 12!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As far as eating do some research on the zone diet, if you want a cheap way to do it get the book ProBodX!. It is a workout book but in the back you have a diet plan that works great!.!.!.kinda based on the zone diet!. You can get the book online for $8!. As far as life you need to do more the hard way, take the stairs, park farther away in the parking lot, walk the long way!. From the sound of it you are drastically overweight which means you will probably lose your 20lbs by November pretty easily!. Just remember that after your initial weight loss you will plateau for a while, do not let it get you down!.!.!.all this means is that you need to mix things up a little (this is where the website above will help) Just do not stop eating, it will probably gain you weight in the long run!. Just eat moderate healthy meals with snacks (healthy) in between!.!.!.shoot for eating ever 2!.5 hrs so your metabolism keeps getting put to work!. You want to eat 6 times a day (including snacks)!. If you watch alot of tv set up a plan like I am going to walk upstairs ever commercial or I will do 10 situps and 10 pushups every commercial!. 40lbs is easy in 10 months you just need to do the little things as a part of your day!.
