Question: A basic pilates move for fat flabby thighs!?
I want to incorporate some pilates into my cardio, or whatever - but I need something simple, I don't want to do a bunch of stuff just target the bulging thighs, I'm thin everywhere else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunges! Make them harder by grabbing a pair of dumbbells!. Add weight as they get easier!. Lunges hit the hams and glutes!.
