Does Green Tea have Caffeine?!
Question: Does Green Tea have Caffeine!?
If it doesn't list Caffeine as an ingredient, does that mean there's none in there!? I've seen several brands that specifically list it, while others make no mention, leaving me to wonder if there's any in there!.
I gave up caffeine a few years ago and now, when I do have it once in a while, most of the time I have really bad withdraw within a few days; usually a really bad migrane, so I don't care have too much caffeine if I don't plan to have it on a regular basis!. But at the same time, I'm doing some voice recording work and a friend told me green tea was good for the vocal chords!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
