Question: Weight Loss! Seaching for advise on how to lose weight!.!?
I have been weight training for 3 months and my weight and waist have both increased!. what recommendations does anyone have to help prevent fat piling on!? My appetite has increased which doesn't help either Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recomend you start jogging!. Try eating more healthy, you will feel great if you do!.

In the mornings eat 2 banana's and a green apple!. These will give you high metabolism rate and lots of energy through out the day!. You don't have to believe this just try it!.

Eat a lot of vegetable meals!. Energy and no fat!.

Another thing is, when you weight lift you usually have a bigger appetite cause you burn so many calories!. Make sure you drink lots and lots of water!. i managed to loose 3 half stone since may 1st i cut down on all rubbish and limited my self to absouloutly no snacking in between, my last meal is about 6!. i also spent 4 days a week in the gym doing 25 mins of running and 1 hour 30 on the weights it can be done but requires a huge amount of will power and you need to do it for the write reason or you will losse motivation and fizzle out goodluckWww@Answer-Health@Com
