k this is not for me!. this is for my brother!. he used to be really skinny and tall!. then like all of a sudden over a year or two!. he gained weight :\!. he was 255 and now he is 380 ! that's not good at all!. so now he really wants to be all and skinny again (cos all the girls like him then) lmao he's not ugly cos he gets a lot of compliments on his looks!.can anyone suggest a good way and healthy way to loose weight!?!?!? thanks :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey,
you should go for more bike rides with him
and take him up hills, bring water, drive down to
pier 4 with him and back to your house then eat healthy
and no things in between meals, umm!.
get weights for him to lift and tell him to work out in the morning
(before school) and after school or at night time, just alittle bit at a time so he will get used to lifting big things!. OHH also you could get pills for him, my mom has them hydroxecut(sp!?) they are expensive but they do work he has to like take 3 a day but they are still good!.
and you have to take them before you go for a bike ride or
before you go for a walk, but thats what i suggest!.

tell him to join a sports team
like the wrestling, swimming, football, and soccer team!. ect!.

that way he alwase has motivation to work hard!.
im on the wrestling team and my freind is 310 and by the end of the first week he was 280!!! 30 punds in one week! thats sick!!
