Have I eaten too much today, and will it make me fat?!


Question: Have I eaten too much today, and will it make me fat!?
How does this sound!? This is what I ate:

Bowl of salad with fat free dressing
Water
Handful of raisins
Powerade Zero [no calories, no carbs, no sugar]
1 lean cuisine pepperoni pizza [290 calories]
1 bowl of salad with fat free dressing
1 bowl of oatmeal with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and raisins!.
1 serving of Honey Nut Quaker Oats Rice Cakes [50 cals!.]

This seems like way too much for me!. Will it make me gain weight!? I'm 18, 5'6 and about 170!. I'm trying to lose weight but I don't think this is going to help!.!.!. =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that's right on track with the amount of calories you should be eating!.!.!.but it also depends on if you're excersicing since you should be consuming more cals if you're excersing!.
My only suggestion would be to add more protein such as nuts and chicken because this helps burn fat!. Also, switching the raisins with strawberries or an orange would be better some days!.

It doesn't look like much - but you should try and eat more natural - fresh - foods over processed such as Lean Cuisine!. Eat 5 small meals a day - use a small plate to keep your portions small!.

What kind of exercise do you do!?

Don't eat too much calories!. A kid needs at least 2000 calories a day!. Lose some weight and don't eat junk food like pizza and honey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
