Is skipping just a gud a workout as a run?!


Question: Is skipping just a gud a workout as a run!?
like jump rope!? and for how long do you think i should do it daily to get results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is a good cardio vascular workout if you can skip to begin with, i used to do alot of boxing and at first it was not doing any thing for my fitness because i could not skip, practice makes perfect!.

To be honest running and swimming are the best kind of exercise to keep your body fit my trainer never said just do skipping son and you will be world champ because at the end of the day skipping is something to add to what you allready doing which includes running!.

Its good for a change but if its real fitness you want then skipping is not going to improve on it however it may help you keep the level of fitness, but wont improve it so no it aint as good as running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
