yes it will help i too am only 5 ft 6 and need to lose weight and it is the best way to shed those pounds but you must also eat well ,a good diet is just as important as exercise ,the correct foods help promote a healthy body and wiil help you lose the weight aswellWww@Answer-Health@Com

At 5ft 6!.!.!.your weight is JUST FINE!!! I personally don't think you need to lose any weight!. Remember!.!.!.muscle weighs more than fat!.!.!.so don't focus too much on the number on the scale!!!
However, if you feel you need to lose some weight (or simply look and feel better), jogging will definitely help!. You will probably need to jog at least half hour to make any changes!.!.!.and maybe try cuttin out some of your sugar or carb intake!. Don't do anything drastic!.!.!.a few simple things may help!.
Try eating more fresh fruits and veggies, grains, low-fat meat choices!. And for most, try to avoid fast foods,"fried foods, sugary foods, white flour products, and red meat!.

No - you need to be jogging for at least 40minutes for 4 or 5 times a week to lose weight!. 15minutes 3 times a week will have zero effect on your weight I'm afraid!.

As long as you're not jogging to KFC or Mickey Ds!.
If you want to lose weight though, 45 minutes a week isn't really enough to make that much of a difference!.
You'll need to do a bit more than that I'm afraid!.

Any activity that burns calories will help you lose weight, the trick is to be disciplined with your eating, so don't eat a bar of chocolate after your jog !

wheres the toning exercie!?jogging is just a cardio!.!.you still have to brisk walk 30 minutes on the remaining days!.!.you can lose that weight in about 5 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com
