How can I stop eating as much at night?!


Question: How can I stop eating as much at night!?
I do really good during the day, I eat about 1500-1700 calories through out the day and for some reason, I end up eating a lot at night, like almost a 1000 calories and I can't help but feel guilty!. :(
What can I do to help me stop having midnight cravings!?

I've gained like 2-3 lbs in the last week or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg that so weird i was just thinking ughh why do i get so frggin hungry at night!?!!?!!?! but then i realised it dosnt matter how much you eat during the day what you need to do is start youre day off with some egss or a little protine even a yougurt will do!. and a pice of toast wheat preferably then lunch comes you can make a sandwich with 2 slices of cheese and 5 slices of "the meat of you're choosing" then on 1 pice of weat bread with mustard only no mayo its just made up of fat and more fat!. so stay away from mayo then dinner comes around chicken is THE BEST dinner to have because it has carbs but the good kind very little fat if you get skinless chicken and its so good for you and it has loadsssss of protine and as for snacks and midnight munching dont feel guilty about what you eat instaed of loading up on junk foor get green grapes there just as sweet as candy per say and they so yummy or even cherries or strawberrys or pineapple just remmember to eat healthy and dont eat things that will make you feel guilty before you eatt it ask youre self will i feel guilty afterwards and if i will is it rele worth it!? good luck to you<3 Www@Answer-Health@Com

Will Power! There is no easy way unless you want to get the diet pill route and get an appetite suppressant diet pill!.

Try and avoid the habits that cause you to eat!. For example if you have habit of eating while watching television at night!. Then stop watching television and read a book!.

If you can break the pattern of eating at night!.!. staying away from eating at night will get easier!.

If you tend to eat snack food at night then you could try and replace it with something healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is all a matter of you being conscious of what you're doing and stopping yourself when you're about to do something you'll regret later on!. Sleep on the cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i loose my appetite when i drink (alcohol) or take melatonin, kava kava!. it puts you to sleep and im never hungry when i wake up!. dont drink if you dont believe in it of course!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating few more calories during the day make it 2000 cal!. and before you go to bed eat an orange they are good for you and the help with dietingWww@Answer-Health@Com
