I know i need to eat fruits, vegatables, and fiber and drinks lots of water!.!.

Don't listen to the answers that lead you to a website because allot of them don't work!. The trick is to eat 3 meals a day (smaller portions), Drink tons of water (I know you already know that, but it's VERY important), and you should run 4 days a week around your neighborhood and in about 2!.5 months you'll lose more then you planned to!.
I lost 14 pounds doing this for about 2 months!.

Heres a whole plan you should do!.
1!. Eat almost exactly right amount of calories everyday or a little bit under it doesnt matter much!. www!.everydayhealth!.com I heard has a calorie counter that should help you balance your diet!.
2!. Work your self harder then you usually do, because this will also help you later in your future with stamina, and you will lose lots of weight!. I suggest playing a running sport like football, tennis, basketball, all of that even if you feel like your about to die, keep going as long as you can!.
3!. Go to a YMCA or a GYM to get a personal trainer, they know alot!.

how much you excerices depends on you and the intensity of your work out!. and i might be wrong but the only thing im gonna suggest to you is that you don't over work yourself cus you will be to tiredto do anything during the day and you don't push yourslef to an injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat 1200 calories a day!. write down everything you eat!.learn the calories in it (look up online)
also eat grains and nuts!. it will take ten weeks!.worked great for me!.
