Good work-out songs? ?!
Question: Good work-out songs!? !?
Hey everyone, I need motivation to go to the gym & I really need to update my playlist!. I kind of lean more towards pop/techno/rap/hip-hop for working out but I just like anything w/ a good, pumpin' beat! If it's not any of the forementioned genres--that's perfectly fine!. If you can help me, thanks! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's the stuff I tend to listen to when I'm exercising:
Not Gonna Get Us - t!.A!.T!.u (Dangerous and Moving and All About Us have some good "Warm Up/Cooldown" beats)
Almost anything by Ace of Base
Music from Dance, Dance Revolution
Utada Hikaru (she's primarily Japanese Pop, but does have one or two English CDs out that are available in the States and iTunes)Www@Answer-Health@Com
