It is a good thing - to a point!.
You can actually flush your body too much and deplete your electrolytes!. Unless you are drinking a couple gallons a day over an extended period this is unlikely!.

It's wonderful for your skin to be superhydrated, but you do spend a lot of time on the toilet!.

Judy, above me, you are totally wrong about it not flushing your system out!. Your body releases toxins through your urine, your bowel system and your skin!. If you run plenty of water through your system, more toxins can exit that way and your skin has less to release - when I do a couple of week flush out my skin gets incredibly clear and translucent!.

Most Amercians walk around dehydrated most of the day anyway - and when we do drink things it isn't good old H2O like it should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's flushing your system out alright, but it may also be a sign of diabetes!. Get checked for sugar tolerance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you drink a lot, you will pee a lot!. It doesn't "flush your system out"

Excessive thirst and urination can be a sign of diabetes!. See your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
