A 7 p!.m!. cutoff might be right for someone who goes to bed at 10 p!.m!., but you said you stay up very late, so by not eating for a long time you are pretty much starving yourself, and that's not good!. You might want to make your cutoff time a bit later!. Also, vegetables are always good for you!. They won't make you gain weight or mess with your sleep that much (unless you are eating them fried or drowned in cheese sauce, etc - I know you aren't - I'm just joking around)!.

Definitely don't starve yourself!. Eat a salad or some raw or cooked vegetables!. If you feel hungrier than that, have a little bit of something else kind of healthy (like nuts, chicken, or a string cheese stick)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are some wise things to eat after 7pm:
fat-free, sugar-free yogurt
fat-free cottage cheese
veggies
fruit
air popped pop corn
a hand ful of nuts (don't go crazy with 'em)
one serving of whole grain cereal with fat-free milk w/ Equal
1 slice whole grain bread with a smear of butter w/ fat-free milk
low fat cheese on whole grain crackers
cold chicken breast or sliced turkey w/whole grain crackers
boiled egg (if you like them, I don't)
small bowl vegetable soup
celery stuffed with peanut butter

The trick is to keep portions small!. If you do that you should still be able to lose a few pounds!.

Veggies are fine, also low fat yoghurt or low fat cottage cheese with some fruit or a protein shake or bar!.

Avoid simple and most complex carbs as late night snacks - definitely steer away from the salty and sugary stuff!.

its not good to be eating after 6 o clock for anyone!. If you want to eat more eat int he morning, where your going to be walking about and burning all of the calories off!. theres no point eating and then going to bed, because it will all turn to fat! Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you're hungry after 7pm!.!.!.!. just drink water!.!.!.!. because if you eat after 7pm!.!.!.!. and when you go to sleep the calories you ate from whatever turns into fat whilst you are sleeping!.!.!. so drink water!.!.!. because sometimes people mistake hunger for thirstWww@Answer-Health@Com
