please get help - I am seeing your questions all over the place, and I understand how hard you struggle with anorexia (believe me, my prozac just go upped to 60 mg today !.!.!. ugh) !.!.!. but seeing someone like a dietitian will help you through this and make sure you gain the right amount of weight, eat the right amount, and exercise the right amount!. Seeing a therapist will help you deal with the mental strain of dealing with the issue / emotion of gaining weight!. You will most likely lose weight, too, when you stop working out due to the loss of muscle which weighs more than fat!. Please get help!. I beg of you!. It is a long and hard struggle, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it look brilliant!. Won't you see the light with me!? A life without ED!?

my workouts consisted of gaining muscle and losing fat!. i got up to 201 of muscle and then was dumb enough to listen to my g/f who wanted me to stop going to the gym cause of the girls!. so i stopped for about a year and went down to 170!. then i broke up with her and started working out again and within a few months, went back up to 206lbs of muscle!. i had extra muscle from working out, and when you dont use that muscle like your body is used to, it loses it!. but you have muscle memory, so if you take a break and then come back!.!.!.you'll get back to the way you were in less than half the time!. if not a third!.

breaks are good to take, they allow your body to completely heal and actually make more progress when you come back!. but thats just me, my workouts were intense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

None, I actually lost fat because I reduced my calorie intake slightly!. It's hard to burn even 500 calories in a hard workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
