Question: I gained so much weight this summer! How do I lose it all!!?
Ok, I was being super lazy and careless of my self this summer!. I was 110 lbs when school started, and now I am 125!! I'm 15 btw!. I doubt its a growth spurt even tho I grew almost 2 inches, but how can I lose it all off!!! I know its a big weight gain, but what easy ways can I lose 15 lbs in 2-3 weeks!?I'm just wondering about the 2-3 weeks, but it doesnt have to, idc, but that would be nice though!.!.!. I'm thinking of doing the special K diet and eating 2 bowls and a healthy dinner a day!.!.!.etc!. Also I am planning on working out a lot too!. Please, what are some easy ways for me to lose this weight I stupidly add on to me!. :'( [my arms and my stomach is bigger!!! :'(]

Please, no diet pills, surgery [of course, im too young], ideas cause I just want a normal diet, and exercise tips to lose this weight, the healthy way!

Well, 125 pounds for a girl between 5' and 5' 6" is average and even pretty nice looking (really, most guys don't like skeletons)!. But if you're determined!.!.!.

Eat plenty of greens, drink water and fruit juices (NOT lemonade), basically follow the food pyramid, but with less servings!. Running and walking, and really anything that gets you moving (like dancing), is the best way to burn calories!. Anything cardio!. Believe it or not, running and walking burn the same amount of calories!. Look it up :)

Since school started in August I've been running every morning and have lost roughly 8 pounds because I've been following this strategy!.

Eat plenty of green vegetables!. They are low in calories and high in nutrition!. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism!. Here are some free workout videos and other tips!.!.!.!.

Make a list of things you did in the summer that you think contributed to you gaining weight and ban those things from your life!. Keep a friend accountable!.!.

What is your height!?
Weight depends upon your height!. Avoiding junk foods and eating fat free foods are the simplest ways to lose weight!. Further if you walk at least 2 miles a day you can considerably lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
