i don't think its worth doing it before school!. you'd have to get up really early to run, then go take a shower, get ready, and eat!. i think that's too much work!. but its up to you!. i run in the morning during summer because i have nothing else to do all day!. but it definitely makes you feel better and more focused!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Studies show that people who exercise in the morning are likely to be more conscious of what they eat and are more likely to consume less calories!.

And yes, running in the morning will help wake you up!. Make sure you get enough sleep though!Www@Answer-Health@Com
