how much is considered too much!? i drink like 3litres/day cause i spend a lot of time at the gym,but someone told me t wasnt good for me cause my body cant absorb my vitamins!.is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will be just fine!. 3 Liters is actually good especially since you work out!. It is very hard to over hydrate your body!. When your thirsty, Drink!. Your body can still absorb its vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's very difficult to over-hydrate yourself but it is possible!. 3 liters is NOT too much!. Your body will absorb vitamins just fine!. If your body can't take in any more water, you will just pass it as really clear urine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a day then it is more reccomendable to drink
