Question: How can I lose weight when im almost 13 in 2 months and weigh 165 !?

don't feel bad you are young and a little unlucky with your genes!. You still have time to lengthen out a bit but if you don't wnat to eat i suggest bike rides, swimming, running, and possibly some push ups or crunches!. i used to way 278 lbs when i was just 19 years old but i started eating smaller meals 5-6 times a day and eating less sugars and more salads!. something you can try to decrease your appetite is brushing your teeth more the taste will not mix well with food causing you to eat less so if you are thinking food go and make your teeth whiter

Eat healthy, cut out as much empty calories as you can (eg Soda, candy, fast food, potatos, white bread ect!.)!. You can start off walking everyday!. Speed walking is good for burning calories!. First start off speed walking for maybe 20mins a day for 2 weeks - 3 weeks!. Then you can increase to 30mins!. Your goal can be to be able to speed walk for an hour a day!. Theres no quick way to lose weight!. It takes time and determination, but you can do it!. Eat healthy (fruits, vegetables, substitute whole wheat VS white etc) excercise, drink plenty of water, green tea is known for speeding up your metabolism so drink a green tea every day!. Also keep in mind if your family is overweight it will be very difficult to become 110 lbs for example!. Be realistic with your goals and be happy with your appearance!. First of all your only 13, so your body is going through a lot of changes, so i wouldnt worry too much about your weight at this point in time!.

But, if your weight really bothers you, eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied (satisfied means stop eating before you really feel full)!. Try to get some type of aerobic activity 5 times a week for 30 mins!. This type of wieght loss may be slow, but it works!. And you will keep the weight off, unlike all those "fad" diets!.

Exercise,exercise,exercise and drink water before you eat and cut out a majority of your carbs(starches)!. Basically eat like a rabbit!.!.remember if it has a taste don't eat it(according to my husband)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthier food, like cutting back on sweets and heavy foods like bread, and replace it with healthier and lighter foods, but don't go hungry!. Exercise too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
