I'm not that over weight.. but i'm sick of it. my Plan!? please help!!?!


Question: I'm not that over weight!.!. but i'm sick of it!. my Plan!!? please help!!!?
So i am not fat, but i'm not fit!.!.!. i am lookin for a way to get fit and loss some pounds on the way! I am whiling to work at it, i am 18 and 145 5"9 about and i have already started working at it by running 3 miles five times a week my oliptical, and i have also cut out all sugar!.!.!. except for on sundays!. (which is absolutely amazing for me because i work at coldstone creamery and get free ice cream all the time, at one point i was eating up to a bowl of icecream, once a day!.) oh and a little strength training here and there, (a few crunches, some pushups)

OK SO i have done this for a little over a week, and i haven't noticed that much of a difference!. I mean, should i be yet!? or what should i do to see some changes!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright man!.!.!. well cutting out sugar is good but not really all that necessary!. You want to stay away from foods that are high in calories and fats, but if you are running you still want to have them, so you don't have to go ape when choosing your foods!. You should notice a bit of a difference, your muscles should be sore as hell especially since you are just starting, which is a good thing, it means your muscle fibers are tearing and rebuilding!.!. which you need a decent amount of protein for it to be actually constructive!. Go with lean meats such as chicken, turkey, or fish (wild not farmed) farmed fish are way sub par compared to wild in many aspects, both taste and nutrition wise!. Work on bringing your time down per mile, using some incline if you can, do wind sprints ( run fast for like 45 seconds then go to a slower jog for a minute and a half, see how long you can do that for ) calisthenics (push ups!.!.!. etc!.) are good, but make sure that you vary them up (diamond, wide, etc!.) and stay as consistent with them as your running, but be sure to take a day or two off in between to let your muscles heal so it will actually do something, other than just make your body hurt!. A few other things too, just think about what you think that you could do, and try, it never hurts!.!.!.!. well it can!.!.!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
