Coffee as a weight loss?!


Question: Coffee as a weight loss!?
I recently started drinking coffee
( 1 cup when I get home from work, I needed a pick me up, lol )
and noticed that it suppressed my love of snacking!.!.!.alot!.
I haven't noticed much of a weight loss, a pound or two!.
I put 1/4 of soy milk a packet of sugar and the rest coffee!.
I haven't changed my exercise schedule, and I wasn't meaning to find a diet!.
Is it normal to be losing weight from 1 cup of coffee a day!?

Caffeine can effect different people to varying degrees!. It is possible it could be suppressing your appetite!. Its also a diuretic which will make you urinate more so its possible the extra weight loss is also lost water weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
