How can I motivate myslef to exercise?!


Question: How can I motivate myslef to exercise!?
I have to keep fit between the end of the soccer season and the start of the summer soccer season (as in right now)!.
However, Im highly lazy and unmotivated and need any suggestions on how to get off the couch and keep fit!.

And please dont suggest positive thinking and all that!. It doesnt work!. Trust me!. I've tried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Goal setting is key!. Set small goals and reward yourself if you reach them!.

Try running with a stop watch!. Try to decease your mile time and increase your distance!. Set realistic goals like passing a military PFT

You have to want to be fit, you have to want to play well for yourself, and your teammates, you have to want to get up off the couch and work!. At the very least you have to want to exercise to keep your body healthly and stay alive

If you don't want to exercise, then theres no point doing it, forced exercise is a waste of time, if you want to do it you will, if you don't, you won't!. Simple!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a poster!.

I googled obesity, and found a pic of a HUGE woman!. and I googled a pic of an anorexic!. then i pasted them into a single picture, and put them up all over my house!.

I exercise a ton so i dont end up looking like the fat woman, and i eat enough so i dont look like the anorexic!. so its a healthy balance!. If you see it wherever you are, you dont forget!. once you really get into the swing of it, you will enjoy it, and feel like crap on days that you dont exercise!. your body becomes addicted to exercising, and you will notice it!. then you wont need motivation anymore!. you will be your own motivationWww@Answer-Health@Com

weekend and play a sport and we go walkin
