hi yogi this is madhu(malini)u havent reply me!.anyway,start your day with a glass of honey mixed with hot water !.after a minimum of 1 hour,have a light breakfast viz,oats,bread toast,sandwich,chappatis!.etc,!.after 3 or 4 hrs after bfast have a little natural fos as a snack!.pls don go for canned or bottled items!.it is the main reason for u 2 gain weight!.your lunch may be little big not too big!.

if you eat less than 20 grams of fat a day you should lose weight quickly, also if you skip meals it doesn't help you lose weight because when you don't eat your body stores fat because it doesn't think you'll be fed for a while!. you also have to exercise walking is the best you only have to walk 10,000 steps or 30 minutes of walking daily!. 70% of weight loss is because of what you eat, 20% is normal exercise and 10% is strenuous exercise!. i hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water, exercise every day (even better is to get involved in some sport you like on a regular basis), eat lots of fruits and vegetables, eat whole grain foods and no more soda pop!.

Here are some good starter ideas:
Breakfast: oatmeal, raisin bran (w/ 1% milk), banana, al little juice!.
Lunch: sandwich on whole wheat bread, salad, string cheese
Dinner: whole wheat pasta, mixed vegetables, salad, jello or lowfat ice cream or something!.

there r many ways with every thing dieting will be the more strong point!.
1!.do brisk walking for about 20 -30 min daily and gradually increse it to 40 min and then to twice daily!.u wil definately loose wait in 2 months with strict daiting!.
2!.if not brisk walking twice daily then evening u may play some indore games which burn ur energy like TT,shettle!.!.!.dont play cricket its waste!.
3!.one more most effective is aerobics!.here u ll pay to join!.so atleast u ll attend classses regularly for not to waste money!.and agian with diet
4!.there are some other methods are also there but not so effective!.
but only on dieting u cant become thin!.
dieting means u should avoid junk foods like bakery foods, chats and oily foods like samosa and beverages which are sweet in taste are also harmfull!.
food schedule--u should have light break fast in the morning and then 1 roti and small boul of rice at noon and at night 2 roti 1 boul rice!. and dont go to bed emmididiately after food!. walk for 15 min in ur romm or somewhere then u can sleep!.

Dissolve honey in warm water & take!. Dissolve one teaspoon vinegar in water & take in the morning before having breakfast!. Take sauces of garlic, mint leaves & corriander leaves !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
