Do you think i could loose 6-7 kgs if this was my diet plan...?!
Question: Do you think i could loose 6-7 kgs if this was my diet plan!.!.!.!?
okay, so im a 13 year old girl and im not exactly skinny, but not really fat, i want to go on a diet, and i need to loose at least 6-7 kgs in about 4 weeks! so far will this work!? :
breakfast- yogurt
morning tea- fruit
lunch- salad sandwich
snacks- cereal bar and fruit
tea- veges and ia little bit of meat ' or ' one weight watchers meal, and if a exercise for 1/2 hour each day and go for a loooong walk, more than a kilometer each day!. if i did this for 4 weeks straight do you think i would loose 6-7 kgs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yogurt-80 cal for plain yogurts
morning tea- fruit-less than 25 cal
lunch- salad sandwich- 250 cal
snacks- cereal bar and fruit- estimated 200 cal
tea- veges and ia little bit of meat ' estimated 150 cal
that's a 705 cal food for a day,
for example you weigh 99 lbs, you need to consume 1600 cal to move on, the fact that you have to burn 7000 cal to lose 1 kg,
in 1 day you consume 705 multiply it by 7 = that's 4,935 cal for 7 days,
> 1600 cal x 7= 11,200 - 4935= 6265 cal = so in conclusion if you follow that plan and do cardio excercise you may lose 1 kg a week or more!. hehehe that's my own computation so dont take this medically!.
