Question: I want to get rid of my bulding stomach!?
am 42 and my stomach is coming out and am not fit to wear tight jeans!. please adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure of eating food which is rich in protein and contains less fat!. Instead of Eating full portion of food at a time, eat in small small portions more times!. Pick food which is rich in fiber!. you can easily get the information of protein and fiber food by searching through net!. Depends on whether you are male or female, if its a beer gut then there is a cook book out there just for those who have one, if its not and its from over eating, try doing sit-ups a few to start with then try and increase each day, it will hurt but is worth it, and walking and drinking more water will help, for females, its harder cause we store fat for pregnancy, but you just have to drink plenty of clear fluids, eat less fatty foods and exercise slowing at first so you dont hurt you muscles so bad that it puts you off, then slowing increase the exercise you do, and yes have tried the lying on the bed with the legs up in the air to put them on, not a pretty picture lol, doesnt work anyway, hope you find the best method for you, goodluck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do regular mornin walk of mininmum 30 mins and also do some body stretching exercise!.!. u r of 42,so i dont think u eat much snaks,fatty oily food!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
