Workout plan a good idea or even healthy?!


Question: Workout plan a good idea or even healthy!?
Okay I started this workout of my own a few months ago!. I do 30 minutes of Pilate's, 20 minutes of yoga, and 40 minutes of Tae-bo cardio every couple days!. And I also walk any where from 3-5miles a few days a week!. Sometimes I don't do the yoga (it's hard) I do not eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables!. I have never liked them ever since I was young!. I do not eat fish either!. I only eat meat and potatoes and well basically junk!. Is this exercise healthy for me to be doing!? What can I take or eat to get the vitamins that I would get if I ate right!? (also I don't drink any kind of milk either) It seems to be helping me lose the weight that I want to lose!. I only want to lose 5-10 pounds I am not a big woman but I want to be in shape!. Any ideas on what I could eat or take to help me!? Or is this exercise not any good!?!? You definitely need a good women's multivitamin and some fish oil (omega 3) tablets if you are not eating a balanced diet!. See if you can cut the junk anyway and concentrate on the (lean) meat and potatoes and add in some veggies you can learn to live with!.
You will be fitter with all round good food!. What you eat is a habit!. To break the habit, you need to really want to be fit and healthy, look awesome and be happy!.
Wean yourself onto fruit and veg gradually and you will feel great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you eat less than 20 grams of fat a day you should lose weight quickly, also if you skip meals it doesn't help you lose weight because when you don't eat your body stores fat because it doesn't think you'll be fed for a while!. you also have to exercise walking is the best you only have to walk 10,000 steps or 30 minutes of walking daily!. 70% of weight loss is because of what you eat, 20% is normal exercise and 10% is strenuous exercise!. i hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your workouts sound really good!. It doesn't sound like too much unless you start to feel tired!. Any time you start to feel way more tired than usual, take a day off!. You will come back even stronger after some rest!.

But your diet is another story!. You really need to eat fruit and vegetables and cut down on the junk food!. Even with all of your exercise, a diet like that will eventually cause you lots of health problems!. It doesn't matter how fit you are, because you also need good fuel in your body!.

Supplements won't make up for what you are missing!. It doesn't work that way!. You need all of the things in fruit and vegetables - fiber, vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, etc!.

Okay, to start you could take some fish oils and also a calcium and magnesium supplement!. But you still need to eat some produce!. Just take some time each day to close your eyes, relax, and visualize yourself eating and enjoying fresh healthy foods!.

You can learn to like fruit and vegetables!. Try a new one each week!. Learn about it on the internet and find out how to prepare it!. It's fun! Organic produce is best, if you can afford it!. You probably won't buy much at first anyway because you take pride in not wanting to change, so it won't cost that much!.

Seedless grapes are really delicious!. Sugar snap peas are sweet and yummy!. You can eat them raw!. Okay, you have to start slowly or your tummy might rebel, but just give it time to get used to eating better and it will be happier!.

If you have a supermarket with a nice fruit and salad bar, that is an easy way to try things!. Near my house is a Pick and Save that has delicious prepared watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, lettuce, sweet peppers, etc!. You don't even have to fix anything yourself or spend a lot!

Don't waste your time eating any tired old salads from fast food joints (they usually taste old and taste like the fridges they came out of)!. Treat yourself to good salads and vegetables at nice restaurants and then make some at home, too!.

Just give it a try!. A lot of people nowadays don't eat right, and over time they feel worse and worse (and end up being middle-aged or elderly people taking tons of medications)!. That's not the way you want to go!.

You can also supplement the changes you are making by drinking some V-8 Fusion (and things like that) - it has fruit and vegetables in it and tastes yummy!. But mostly, just eat better!. Okay!?
